Hobart's AM15T-2 Door Type Dishwasher features an extra tall chamber. This chamber, with its 27" door opening, is designed to accommodate 18"x26" sheet pans and up to 60 quart mixing bowls. This extra height can really make a significant difference if your particular menu requires heavy sheet pan usage. The entire dishwasher is controlled by solid state digital controls with status indicators. The revolving wash arms are made of stainless steel and feature unrestricted openings above and below. This allows thorough distribution of the water jets to all surfaces. The stainless steel rinse arms feature 14 rinse nozzles to provide a compete rinse. Both type of arms are removable and interchangeable. With four timed cycle options, no soil level is immune to the power of this dishwasher. The 1 minute cycle is designed specifically for glassware, while the 2, 3 and 4 minute cycles can handle the grease and grime and pot or pan can bring. This model features a booster heater for speed, as well as automatic start, drain and drain closure. This dishwasher is cULus Listed, NSF and ENERGY STAR Certified.
